It all started from the personal experience of managing vacation rentals and the frustration of answering the same questions over and over.
In 2024, after years in hospitality, we realized hosts were losing too much time on repetitive guest communication: WiFi passwords, appliance instructions, restaurant recommendations.
That is how Cohosty was born: an AI assistant that knows every detail of the property and the local area, freeing hosts from repetitive communication and improving the guest experience with immediate, precise answers.
