If you want to stop renewal, change plan, or cancel the trial, use Subscription management in your profile: you will be redirected to the Stripe portal, where you can manage your plan directly.
How the 14 days work
The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the conclusion of the contract, meaning when the subscription is activated and the free trial begins. If you are still in the trial and have not been charged, normally it is enough to stop the trial from the Stripe portal to avoid future charges.

Use the form below if you want to formally communicate legal withdrawal from the contract, or if you have already been charged and believe you are still within the applicable period. After submission you will receive an email acknowledgment.
