How many assistants do you really need?

In general, we recommend using one assistant for each property or apartment, so every guest receives precise information (check-in, rules, Wi-Fi, instructions, and more).

You can use one assistant for multiple rooms or apartments only if they are very similar and the information is basically the same, for example if you use it only for general property or area information.

In that case, you only need to increase simultaneous users by adding a users pack.
