These terms summarize the main conditions for using Cohosty, a platform that helps hosts configure AI assistants, guest chat pages, QR codes, bookable extras and related hospitality workflows.
Acceptance is requested in the applicable contractual flows. Hosts must use Cohosty lawfully and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information for each property.
1. Host responsibilities
The host is responsible for the property information, uploaded content, guest-facing disclosures, legality of the services offered and operational decisions taken through the platform.
AI-generated answers are a support tool. The host remains responsible for reviewing sensitive information and intervening where human judgment, emergency handling or on-site action is required.
- Keep property details, access instructions, prices and rules accurate.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or unsafe content.
- Provide guests with appropriate privacy and AI transparency notices.
- Manage extra requests, payments and local obligations according to applicable law.
2. Plans, payments and renewals
Available plans, prices, trial periods and included features are shown in the platform or on the pricing page. Payments may be processed by external providers such as Stripe.
The host is responsible for maintaining valid billing details and for cancelling or changing subscriptions according to the available account tools and applicable plan conditions.
3. Acceptable use and service limits
Cohosty may not be used to send unlawful content, violate third-party rights, process unnecessary sensitive data, bypass security controls, disrupt the platform or mislead guests.
The service may evolve over time. Features can be updated, suspended or changed when necessary for security, compliance, reliability, product improvement or business reasons.
4. Liability and governing law
Cohosty is provided as a digital support tool for hospitality operations. It does not replace professional advice, legal compliance work, emergency services, physical property management or the host responsibility toward guests.
The governing law and dispute rules are described in the complete Italian terms published on the canonical page.
